dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis deals with the assesment of mechanical parameters dependence of lamellar graphite cast iron castings on the charge composition in the ČŽS Foundry Inc. Liberec. The chemical analysis of the charge referring to the different ratio of the charging stock was carried out. The assessed mechanical parameters concerned tensile strength limit Rm and Brinell hardness on test specimen with the diameter of 30mm. In addition, the cast iron classificatoin criteria were stated-the degree of maturity RG, the relative hardness RH and the quality index Qi.en
dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá stanovením závislosti mechanických vlastností odlitků z litiny s lupínkovým grafitem na složení vsázky ve slévárně ČŽS, a.s., Liberec. Byla provedena analýza chemického složení vsázky při různém poměru vsázkových surovin. Hodnocené mechanické vlastnosti byly mez pevnosti v tahu Rm a tvrdost podle Brinella HB na tyčích průměru 30 mm. Dále byly stanoveny hodnotící kritéria litiny-stupeň zralosti RG, relativní tvrdost RH a index jakosti Qi.cs
