Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou multioborové spolupráce zdravotnických záchranářů na pracovišti intenzivní péče. Správná kooperace a dobré vztahy všech členů týmu na oddělení jsou potřebné pro kvalitní péči o pacienta. Důležité je i široké spektrum specialistů v týmu. Teoretická část popisuje: pracoviště intenzivní péče, tým v intenzivní péči a multioborovou spolupráci, organizační formy ošetřovatelské péče, komunikace v týmu a vybrané metody týmové podpory. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na multioborový tým a zkušenosti spolupráce zdravotnických záchranářů s lékaři, dalšími zdravotnickými záchranáři, všeobecnými sestrami, ošetřovateli, fyzioterapeuty a klinickými psychology. Výzkum byl prováděn kvalitativní metodou s využitím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů.
The bachelor thesis deals with the multidisciplinary cooperation of paramedics in an instensive care unit, and the challenges it offers. Full cooperation and good interpersonal relationships of all members of the team are necessary for quality patient care withim the department. A diverse range of specialists is important for the team. The theoretical part decribes: departmens of the intensive care, the qualifications needed within the intensive care team, cooperation within this multidisciplinary team, organization forms of the nursing care, team communication and selected methods of team support. The research part is focused on multidisciplinary team and the experiences of paramedics with doctors, other paramedics, nurses, support personnel, physiotherapists and clinical psychologists. The research was conducted by quality method with use of semi-structured interwievs.
