dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá kompetencemi zdravotnických záchranářů v České republice a v okolních státech - Spolkové republice Německo, Polské republice, Rakouské republice a Slovenské republice. Jedná se o teoretickou práci a byla zpracována metodou review a syntézy z relevantních zdrojů českých a zahraničních. Zdravotnický záchranář se ve své praxi setkává s celou řadou činností, které může při své profesi vykonávat. Vymezení kompetencí a jejich následné dodržování jsou nedílnou součástí každodenního výkonu povolání zdravotnického záchranáře ať už v nemocnici nebo také v prostředí zdravotnické záchranné služby. Jejich znalost je pro zdravotnické záchranáře bezpodmínečně nutná. Seznam těchto kompetencí se napříč všemi státy různí. Nejdůležitějším faktorem je pak dodržování stanovených kompetencí, protože jejich porušování může být trestáno. Kompetence si může každá nemocnice a záchranná služba upravit ještě vnitřními předpisy, avšak záchranář by měl znát jak kompetence dle vyhlášky, tak vnitřní předpis, aby nedocházelo v případě výkonu povolání ve více institucích k porušování stanovených kompetencí. První část bakalářské práce obsahuje stručný popis systému fungování záchranné služby v daném státě, způsob získání odborné způsobilosti k výkonu povolání záchranáře a také popis kompetencí zdravotnických záchranářů v jednotlivých státech. Kompetence jsou zpracovány přehledně podle toho, zda je záchranář může provádět sám bez indikace lékaře, až na indikaci lékaře nebo případně pod přímým vedením lékaře. Druhá část práce se zabývá porovnáním kompetencí s obdobně zaměřenými kvalifikačními pracemi a následným popisem zjištěných rozdílů v kompetencích. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje některá konkrétní doporučení pro praxi.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor's thesis deals with the competencies of paramedics in the Czech Republic and in the surrounding countries - the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Austria and the Slovak Republic. It is a theoretical work and was prepared using the method of review and synthesis from relevant Czech and foreign sources. In his practice, a paramedic comes across a whole range of activities that he can perform in his profession. The definition of competences and their subsequent compliance are an integral part of the daily performance of the profession of a paramedic, whether in a hospital or in the environment of an emergency medical service. Their knowledge is absolutely necessary for paramedics. The list of these competencies varies across all states. The most important factor is the compliance with the established competences, as their violation can be punished. The competences can be adjusted by each hospital and emergency service by internal regulations, but the paramedic should know both the competences according to the decree and the internal regulations, so that there are no violations of the established competencies in the case of performing the profession in more than one institution. The first part of the bachelor's thesis contains a brief description of the system of the emergency service operation in the given state, the method of obtaining the professional qualification to perform the profession of the paramedic and the description of the competences of paramedics in individual states. Competences are processed clearly according to whether the paramedic can perform them alone without a doctor's indication, except for a doctor's indication, or possibly under the direct supervision of a doctor. The second part of the thesis deals with the comparison of competences with similarly focused qualification works and the subsequent description of the differences in competences. The final part of the thesis contains some specific recommendations for practice.	en
