Abstract
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na inovaci svařovacího přípravku pro svařování podélníků plošinových vozů Sggrss 80 a Sggmrss 90. Zadavatelem diplomové práce je společnost Nymwag CS a.s. V rámci práce je provedena analýza současného stavu výroby a vypracovány celkem 4 koncepty inovace, z nichž je vybrána nejlepší varianta. Tato varianta je následně detailně zpracována včetně výkresové dokumentace, výroby a testování její funkčnosti. Na závěr je inovace zhodnocena.
The diploma thesis focuses on the Innovation of a jig for welding longitudinal members of platform wagons Sggrss 80 and Sggmrss 90. The thesis is commissioned by Nymwag CS a.s. Within the thesis, an analysis of the current production state is conducted, and a total of four innovation concepts are developed, from which the best variant is selected. Subsequently, this variant is elaborated in detail, including drawing documentation, production and functional testing. In conclusion, the innovation is evaluated.
