| dc.description.abstract | Povolání všeobecné sestry v dnešní době představuje velmi prestižní pracovní pozici. Všeobecná sestra poskytuje vysoce specializovanou ošetřovatelskou péči nejen o pacienta, ale i o jeho rodinné příslušníky. Zmíněná pracovní pozice je z hlediska udržení profesionality na veřejnosti i za neobvyklých událostí velice náročná. Všeobecná sestra by měla být vhodně upravená vzhledem k jejímu povolání, neměla by postrádat základy správné komunikace s pacienty s náležitou empatií. Bakalářská práce se zabývá povoláním všeobecné sestry a její image. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Cílem této práce je zjistit nejvíce preferovanou image sestry dle představy pacientů. Výstupem z bakalářské práce je článek připravený k publikaci. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The general nurse profession is a highly prestigious job nowadays. The general nurse provides highly specialized nursing care not only for the patient, but also for his family members. The mentioned job position is very demanding in terms of maintaining professionalism in public even during unusual events. A general nurse should be properly adjusted for her profession, she should not lack the basics of proper communication with patients with proper empathy. The bachelor's thesis deals with the general nurse profession and its image. It is divided into a theoretical and a research part. The aim of this work is to find out the most preferred image of a nurse according to the imagination of patients. The output of the bachelor thesis is an article prepared for publication. | en |
