Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienty s akutní pankreatitidou. Cílem práce je poskytnout komplexní přehled o strategiích ošetřovatelské péče, které jsou nezbytné pro efektivní řízení tohoto akutního onemocnění. V teoretické části práce jsou podrobně popsány anatomie, fyziologie, definice, klinický obraz, diagnóza a léčba akutní pankreatitídy. Dále jsou prezentovány základní principy ošetřovatelské péče, včetně hodnocení pacienta, monitorování vitálních funkcí, léčby bolesti a nutriční podpory. V závěru práce jsou diskutovány výsledky a doporučení pro praxi.
This bachelor thesis focuses on nursing care for patients with acute pancreatitis. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of nursing care strategies that are necessery for the effective management of this acute disease. In the theoretical part of the work, the anatomy, physiology, definition, clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis are described in detail. Basic principles of nursing care are also presented, including patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, pain management and nutritional support. At the end of tne thesis, the results and recommendations for practice are discussed
