Abstract
Má bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím simulační výuky při vzdělávání Zdravotnických záchranářů, a to přesně v rámci zajištění dýchacích cest. Využití simulační výuky je pro studenty velmi efektivní a zároveň bezpečné. Umět rychle a opatrně zajistit dýchací cesty pacienta různými způsoby dle dané situace je základní a důležitá dovednost, kterou by měl každý Zdravotnický záchranář zvládnout. V teoretické části se věnuji pojmu simulační výuka, převážně jejímu průběhu. Poté jsem krátce shrnula anatomii horních a dolních dýchacích cest. A nakonec jsem vyjmenovala a popsala nejčastější způsoby zajištění dýchacích cest. Ve výzkumné části se zabývám zjištěním kritických bodů při zajištění dýchacích cest pomocí laryngeální masky a laryngeálního tubusu. Výstupem bakalářské práce je článek připravený k publikaci.
My bachelor's thesis deals with the use of simulation teaching in the education of paramedics, precisely within the framework of securing the airways. The use of simulation teaching is very effective and at the same time safe for students. Being able to quickly and carefully secure the patient's airways in different ways according to the given situation is a basic and important skill that every Paramedic should master. In the theoretical part, I focus on the concept of simulation teaching, mainly on its course. Then I briefly summarized the anatomy of the upper and lower respiratory tract. And finally, I listed and described the most common ways of securing the airways. In the research part, I deal with the identification of critical points in securing the airways using a laryngeal mask and combitube. The output of the bachelor thesis is an article ready for publication.
