dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ortopantomogramem v ortodontické terapii. Úvod je věnován základům radiologie, teoretická část samotnému vyšetření, účinkům ionizujícího záření na lidský organismus, radiační zátěži a radiační ochraně. Dále je proveden výzkum padesáti respondentů, u kterých je vypočítána efektivní dávka na OPG za celé trvání léčby. Nakonec jsou porovnány celkové dávky a přepočítány na jiná vyšetření, aby byla porovnána radiační zátěž.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor´s thesis deals with orthopantomogram in orthodontic therapy. The introduction deals with the basics of radiology: the theoretical part is devoted to the examination itself: the effects of ionizing radiation on the human organism, radiation loand and radiation protection. Furthermore, research is carried out on fifty respondents whom the effective OPG dose for the entire duration of treatment is calculated. Finally, the total doses are compared and recalculated for other examinations to compare the radiation burden.	en
