Abstract
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou využití různých přístupů pro hodnocení energetické
náročnosti budov. V úvodu práce je provedena definice základních pojmů využívaných v oblasti
hodnocení energetické náročnosti. V práci bylo provedeno porovnání energetické náročnosti
podkrovního rodinného domu s využitím nástroje integrovaného v rámci Autodesk REVIT, jako
zástupce spadajícího do skupiny BIM a nástroje Energetika, jako zástupce skupiny klasických softwarů
využívaných energetickými specialisty. V závěru práce je provedeno kritické zhodnocení obou přístupů.
This thesis addresses the issue of using different approaches for energy performance assessment of buildings. In the introduction of the thesis a definition of the basic terms used in the field of energy performance assessment is made. In the thesis, a comparison of the energy performance of an attic house was made using a tool integrated within Autodesk REVIT, as a representative of the BIM group, and the Energetika tool, as a representative of the group of classical software used by energy specialists. The thesis concludes with a critical evaluation of both approaches
