Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá připraveností zdravotnických záchranářů na živelné katastrofy, jedná se o jednu z mnoha intervencí, u které mohou zdravotničtí záchranáři zasahovat. Jejich role v takovémto zásahu je neopomenutelná, a to převážně v úlohách poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče. Proto by každý zdravotnický záchranář měl být připraven na živelné katastrofy. Teoretická část obsahuje definice základních pojmů, vymezení základní legislativy pro dané téma, popis vybraných živelných katastrof. Další část teoretické části se zabývá přednemocniční neodkladnou péčí a jednotlivými postupy při mimořádných událostech. Výzkumná část byla realizována kvalitativní metodou a technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Cíle výzkumu byly zaměřeny na zjištění postupů, kritických bodů a doporučení zdravotnických záchranářů v rámci poskytování neodkladné přednemocniční péče při vybrané živelné katastrofě. Výstupem bakalářské práce je článek připravený k publikaci do odborného periodika.
The bachelor thesis deals with the preparedness of paramedics for natural disasters. This is one of many interventions, at which paramedics can step in. Their function in this intervention is unforgettable and the mainly intervention is the giviing pre-hospital emergency care. And this is reason why paramedics should be prepared for natural disasters. The theoerical part includes definitions of basic terms, selected legislations for this topic. The next part of bachelor thesis deals with the pre-hospital care, the methods of extraordinary events. The research part was carried out using qualitative method, semi-structured interview technique. The objectives of the reesearch were specialized to finding out procedures, critical points and recommendations of paramedics in the contect of providing pre-hospital emergency care at selected natural disaster. The output of the bachelor thesis is an article ready for publication in a professional journal.
