Abstract
Péče o dutinu ústní je stěžejním úkonem v rámci prevence vzniku a rozvoje dalších onemocnění a infekcí. Častokrát je přes svůj význam opomíjená nebo bývá nesprávně prováděna. Nedodržování zásad hygieny v intenzivní péči může vést k rozvoji dalších závažných komplikací. Výstupem bakalářské práce bude vytvoření edukačního posteru pro zdravotnické záchranáře, jenž by měl usnadnit a zkvalitnit hygienickou péči o dutinu ústní.
Teoretická část je zaměřena na správné provádění hygieny dutiny ústní a rozdíl v provádění hygieny ústní u pacientů na odděleních intenzivní péče. Ve výzkumné části zjišťujeme, jakým způsobem zdravotničtí záchranáři hygienu dutiny ústní běžně provádí.
Dental care is a crucial procedure in preventing the onset and development of further diseases and infections. Often overlooked or improperly executed despite its significance, neglecting hygiene principles in intensive care can lead to the development of serious complications. The outcome of the bachelor's thesis will be the creation of an educational poster for paramedics, aimed at facilitating and improving oral hygiene care. The theoretical part focuses on the correct implementation of oral hygiene and the differences in performing oral hygiene among patients in intensive care units. In the research section, we investigate how paramedics commonly perform oral hygiene.
