A complex research program at the Technical University of Liberec is dealing with the 3D printing of buildings and their load-bearing structures. A case study of a printed multi-level house was used to simulate mutual influence between the technology and the structural design of buildings. The design of the house is based on sequential printing of walls and slabs on site. The calculations of physical volumes and time requirements show among other things the importance of the printing material characteristics for reducing construction time when using this method.cs
