dc.description.abstract	Totální artroplastika kyčle je jednou z nejvýznamnějších ortopedických operací, která se momentálně provádí. Přes její úspěšnost i zde přetrvávají problémy, které mohou způsobit komplikace. Identifikace a využití ligamentum transversum acetabuli jako intraoperačního navigačního prvku by pomohlo najít lékařům spolehlivý orientační prvek, který by usnadnil nejen práci ortopedů, ale i potencionálně snížil problémy se stabilitou protézy po výkonu. Cílem této práce je analyzovat pomocí registračního algoritmu vztah mezi acetabulem a ligamentum transversum acetabuli. Byla nalezena významná korelace mezi acetabulární anteverzí a anteverzí ligamentum transversum acetabuli pro obě pohlaví a bez významného vlivu věku.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Total hip arthroplasty is one of the most important orthopedic surgery, which is currently used. Despite its success, there are still problems, that can cause complications. Identifying and using the ligamentum transversum acetabuli as a guiding structure could help a surgeon to find a reliable guide, that would facilitate not only a work of orthopedists, but also potentially reduce problems with stability of the prosthesis after surgery. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the relationship between the acetabulum and ligamentum transversum acetabuli using a registration algorithm. A significant correlation was found between acetabular anteversion and ligamentum transversum acetabuli anteversion for both sexes and no significant effect of age.	en
