dc.description.abstract	Bakalářskou práci máme zaměřenou na zjištění, zda probíhá nutriční screening u pacientů při příjmu na ortopedické oddělení. Zda sestry informují o vlivu výživy na hojení ran v pooperačním období, a pokud tyto informace pacienti obdrželi, tak zda je dodržují. V teoretické části se proto zabýváme jednotlivými složkami stravy a vytyčujeme ty, které nám dopomáhají k hojení rány. Dále probíráme onemocnění a stavy, které nám zhoršují a zpomalují hojení ran a k závěru píšeme o nutričním screeningu a péči o ortopedického pacienta k plánovanému operačnímu výkonu. Využili jsme k výzkumu nestandardizovaný dotazník, který jsme vytvořili pro pacienty a sestry zvlášť. Výsledky vyšly velmi pozitivně.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Our bachelor thesis is focused on finding out whether nutritional screening takes place in patients upon admission to the orthopedic department. Whether nurses report on the effect of nutrition on wound healing in the postoperative period and, if this information has been received, whether pacinets follow it. In the theoretical part, therefore, we deal with the individual components of the diet and set out those that help us to heal the wound. Furthermore, we discuss conditions that aggravate and slow down the state of wound healing and at the end we write about nutritional screening and care of an orthopedic patient for planned surgery. We used a non-standardized questionnaire that we created for patients and nurses separately. The results were very positive.	en
