Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou optimalizace procesu přechodu na novou výrobní dávku a zlepšení podmínek pro obsluhu stroje na pracovišti se vstřikovacím lisem ve firmě ARGO-HYTOS s.r.o.. V teoretické části práce se zabývám studiem metod využívaných ke zeštíhlení výroby. Praktická část se zabývá studiem procesu přechodu na novou výrobní dávku. Následně navrhuje příslušné změny a po implementaci porovnává výsledek s počátečním stavem a stanovenými cíli.
The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of optimizing the process of transition to a new production batch and improving the conditions for operating the machine at the workplace with an injection molding machine in the company ARGO-HYTOS s.r.o.. In the theoretical part of the work, I deal with the study of methods used to reduce production. The practical part deals with the study of the process of transition to a new production batch. Then it proposes appropriate changes and after implementation it compares the result with the initial state and set goals.
