Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá radioterapií gynekologických nádorů. Teoreticky se práce zaměřuje na nové metody v brachyterapii a zároveň u zevní radioterapie.
Jsou zde uvedeny standardní postupy léčby pro jednotlivá vybraná onemocnění. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část, která se zabývá základem anatomie gynekologických struktur a následně i fyziologie u vybraných gynekologických onemocnění. Praktická část je zaměřena na standardy léčby u vybraných onemocnění a zároveň na nové metody, které mají své nezastupitelné výhody. Pro praktickou část jsem využila metodu čerpání z odborných článků. Zaměřila jsem se na šetření kritických orgánů a na závěr jsem pro ukázku vložila kazuistiky a části plánů, které v závěru zhodnotím.
The bachelor thesis deals with radiotherapy of gynaecological tumours. Theoretically, the thesis focuses on new methods in brachytherapy and external radiotherapy. Standard treatment procedures for individual selected diseases are presented. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part, which deals with the basic anatomy of gynaecological structures and then physiology in selected gynaecological diseases. The practical part is focused on the standards of treatment in selected diseases and also on new methods that have their irreplaceable advantages. For the practical part, I used the method of drawing from scientific articles. I have focused on the investigation of critical organs and have inserted case reports and parts of plans for illustration, which I will evaluate in the end.
