Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je edukace pacienta s vředovou chorobou žaludku. Teoretická část definuje onemocnění z pohledu klinického, specifikuje edukační činnost všeobecné sestry a z největší části se věnuje jednotlivým oblastem edukace, které by měly být objasněny pacientovi s vředovou chorobou žaludku. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce obsahuje analýzu a vyhodnocení dat získaných z dotazníkového šetření. Respondenty jsou pacienti s nově diagnostikovaným vředovým onemocněním žaludku. Cílem práce je zjistit informovanost pacientů s danou diagnózou o varovných příznacích onemocnění, dietních opatření při léčbě této choroby a rizicích s ní spojených. Úroveň informovanosti pacientů v jednotlivých oblastech edukace je zhodnocena na základě anonymního nestandardizovaného dotazníku. Výstupem práce je návrh edukačního standardu pro edukaci pacientů s nově diagnostikovaným vředovým onemocněním žaludku.
A subject of the bachelor thesis is an education of a patient with gastric ulcer disease. In a theoretical part there is clinical definition of this disease, a specification of nursing education and the biggest part is about particular parts of education which should be mentioned to a patient with gastric ulcer disease. A research part of the thesis contains an analysis and an evaluation of data collected from a questionnaire. Respondents are patients with currently diagnosed gastric ulcer disease. The aim of the thesis is to find out a level of awareness of patients with this diagnosis about warning symptoms, dietary restrictions during therapy and about risks connected with this disease. The level of awareness of patients in particular parts of education is evaluated by anonymous non-standardized questionnaire. An output of the thesis is a draft of an educational standard for education of patients with currently diagnosed gastric ulcer disease.
