Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta s hrudním drénem. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána historie a vývoj hrudní drenáže, anatomie hrudníku, drenážní systémy, druhy drénů, postup pro zavedení drénu, úloha sestry v péči o pacienta s hrudní drenáží, extrakce a komplikace hrudních drénu. Část praktická vyplývá z kvantitativního výzkumu a zpracování dat ze získaných dotazníků a jejich následná interpretace. Cílem bylo zmapovat proces ošetřování hrudní drenáže, zjistit nejčastější komplikace u pacientů s hrudním drénem a zjistit typ hrudních drenáží používaných ve zdravotnických zařízení.
This bachelor thesis is focused on nursing care for a patient with a chest drain. It is divided into two main parts, the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part is described history and development of chest drain, the anatomy of thorax, drainage systems, types of drains, a drainage procedure, the role of a nurse in caring for a patient with the chest drain, extraction, and complications of the chest drain. The practical part results from quantitative research and processing data from questionnaires and their subsequent interpretation. The goal was to map the process of treating chest drains, find out the most common complications in patients with the chest drain and find out types of chest drainage used in medical facilities.
