Abstract
Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice úrovni znalostí kompetencí sester a jejich dodržování v praxi. V teoretické části je popsán obor ošetřovatelství. Dále jsou popsány stupně vzdělání a adekvátní kompetence stanovené Vyhláškou o činnostech zdravotnických pracovníků a jiných odborných pracovníků č. 55/2011 Sb. V neposlední řadě je zmíněn Zákon o nelékařských zdravotnických povolání č. 96/2044 Sb. a formy vzdělání. Výzkumná část zkoumá znalost kompetencí sester a jejich dodržování v praxi. Na znalost kompetencí sester byli dotazováni i lékaři, jelikož pracují ve velmi úzkém vztahu se sestrami. Výzkum byl realizován kvalitativní metodou pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se sestrami a lékaři pracujícími na jednotkách intenzivní péče. Výstupem této bakalářské práce je článek připravený k publikaci.
This Bachelor thesis is looking into problems with level of knowledge about competency from nurses and their following trough in practice. In theoretic part, there is described whole nursing profession, next there is described whole spectrum of education with adequate competence based on regulation of doings from medication employees and other profession based employees N. 55/2011 Sb. Last but not least there is a mention a law about non-medicating jobs with N. 96/2044 Sb. and their forms of education. Research side is looking into said competency of nurses and their following on in terrain. Doctors were asked about said competency of nurses, because they are working together in very tight relationship with together. This research was founded with quality method thus with the help of half constructed interview with Nurses and doctors working on ICU (Intensive Care Unit). Outcome of this bachelor thesis is ready to be publicized.
