dc.description.abstractThis diploma thesis deals with follow up and measure of gassines core and molding mixtures. The diploma thesis has two basic parts. In theoretical part is described the basic charakteristic of the casting mixtures, the influence of the gassiness sand and core mixtures on beginning casting defects. There is described of mechanism by the beginnig and evolution of gases from mixtures. The informational computings of the rising by the gas quantity in the chemical change are part of this thesis. These gases are main reason of the gassiness the casting mixtures. The experimental part is directed towards on the calibration of the measuring apparatus. This measuring apparatus was newly engineered and makes it possible to measure the gassiness of the core mixtures.en
dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá sledováním a měřením plynatosti jádrových a formovacích směsí. Práce se skládá ze dvou základních částí (teoretická a experimentální). V teoretické části je popsána základní charakteristika slévárenských směsí, vliv plynatosti formovací a jádrové směsi na vznik vad odlitků a také je popsán mechanismus vzniku a vývinu plynů ze směsi. Součástí této kapitoly jsou informativní výpočty vzniklého množství plynů chemických reakcí, které jsou hlavní příčinou plynatosti slévárenských směsí. Experimentální část je zaměřena na kalibraci nově zkonstruovaného měřícího zařízení plynatosti a na měřené plynatosti vybraných vzorků jádrových směsí.cs
