Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pádem pacienta jako nežádoucí událostí při poskytování zdravotní péče. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část obsahuje definici pádu a jeho kategorie, rizikové faktory pádu, jeho prevenci a postup při pádu pacienta. Výzkumná část práce je zpracována kvalitativní metodou pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se všeobecnými sestrami. Zaměřuje se na postup všeobecných sester v prevenci pádu a na identifikaci jeho kritických bodů. Dále se soustředí na postup všeobecných sester při pádu pacienta a na identifikaci kritických bodů, které mohou v tomto postupu nastat. Výstupem z bakalářské práce je článek připravený k publikování v odborném periodiku.
This bachelor thesis deals with patients fall as an adverse event in the provision of health care. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains a definition of the fall and its categories, fall risk factors, its prevention and management of patient falls. The research part of the thesis is conducted by a qualitative method through a half-structured interview with general nurses. It is focused on general nurses management of fall prevention and an identification of its critical points. Furthermore, it is focused on the general nurses management of patient falls and the identification ofcritical points that might occur during this management. The outcome of the bachelor thesis is an article prepared for the publishing in a scientific journal.
