Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce jsou invazivní vyšetřovací metody v kardiologii s přihlédnutím na přípravu pacienta. Cílem práce je zmapovat a vyhodnotit úroveň informovanosti pacienta o invazivních vyšetřovacích metodách v kardiologii.V rámci dotazníkového šetření se zabývám selektivní koronární angiografií (SKG), perkutánní koronární intervencí (PCI), pravostrannou srdeční katetrizací, elektrofyziologickým vyšetřením (EFV) a radiofrekvenční ablací (RFA). Na základě výsledků jsou poté potvrzeny či vyvráceny stanovené hypotézy a navrhnuta praktická opatření. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část empirickou. Teoretická část se zaobírá anatomicko-fyziologickými poznámkami o srdci, onemocnění srdce, zejména ICHS, invazivními vyšetřovacími metodami a edukací intervenovaných klientů. V části empirické jsou analyzovány získané poznatky. Jako výzkumná metoda je použit dotazník. Výsledky výzkumu jsou zpracovány do tabulek a grafů.
The topic of thesis is the invasive examination methods in cardiology with regard to the pacients preparation. The aim is to map and assess the patient's level of awareness about invasive examination methods in cardiology. The survey is aimed at selective coronary angiography (SKG), percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), right-sided cardiac catheterization, electrophysiological testing (EFV) and radiofrequency ablation (RFA). Based on the results are then hypothesis confirmed or refuted and practical measures designed. The work is divided into a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part deals with notes about anatomy and physiology of the heart, heart disease, especially coronary heart disease, invasive investigative methods and educating clients. As a research method is used questionnaire. Research results are summarized in tables and graphs.
