Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou deformace plechů spojovaných pomocí technologie lepení. Teoretická část se zabývá základním rozdělením lepidel, principem vzniku lepeného spoje a způsobem nanášení lepidel. V práci jsou dále uvedeny základní principy fotogrammetrických metod pro bezkontaktní analýzu deformace. Cílem řešení bakalářské práce byl návrh metodiky pro hodnocení zbytkových deformací lepených plechů v automobilovém průmyslu při aplikaci lepidel v pohledových částech karoserie automobilu a ověření této metodiky na zvolené kombinaci lepidla a hlubokotažného plechu.
The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of deformation of sheets joined by gluing technology. The theoretical part deals with the basic division of adhesives, the principle of gluing and the method of applying adhesives. The work also presents the basic principles of photogrammetric methods for non-contact deformation analysis. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to design a methodology for evaluating the residual deformation of bonded sheets in the automotive industry in the application of adhesives in the visible parts of the car body and verify this methodology for the selected combination of adhesive and deep-drawn sheet.
