Abstract
Království Saudské Arábie je oblíbenou destinací k získání mezinárodních pracovních zkušeností nejen pro všeobecné sestry, ale také pro lékaře a další zdravotnický personál. Bakalářská práce se zabývá aspekty práce všeobecných sester v Království Saudské Arábie. První část se zabývá teorií, kde je rozebírán například význam multikulturního ošetřovatelství, vzdělávání sester v Království Saudské Arábie, získání pracovní nabídky do této země. Druhá část, výzkumná, se zabývá adaptací sester na kulturu země, adaptačním procesem, ale například i komunikací mezi členy ošetřovatelského týmu. Zvolená technika kvalitativního výzkumu byl polostrukturovaný rozhovor.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a popular destination for international work experience not only for general nurses, but also for doctors and other medical staff. The bachelor thesis deals with aspects of the work of general nurses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The first part deals with the theory, which discusses, for example, the importance of multicultural nursing, education of nurses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, obtaining a job offer in this country. The second part, research, deals with the adaptation of nurses to the culture of the country, the adaptation process, but also, for example, communication between members of the nursing team. The chosen technique of qualitative research was a semi-structured interview.
