Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky života pacienta s ileostomií. Chirurgické vytvoření ileostomie znamená pro pacienta významnou životní změnu, která s sebou přináší řadu nových výzev a nutnost celkového přizpůsobení novým podmínkám. Cíle této bakalářské práce jsou: Zjistit, za jak dlouho se ileostomik vrátil do běžného života. Zda si ileostomik přijde informovaný v péči o ileostomii a v neposlední řadě, zda prodělal nějaké časné komplikace. Data jsou sesbírána kvantitativní metodou pomocí anonymního polostrukturovaného dotazníku. Výstupem této bakalářské práce je brožura pro nového ileostomika.
The bachelor's thesis deals with the specifics of the life of a patient with an ileostomy. The surgical creation of an ileostomy means a significant life change for the patient, which brings with it a number of new challenges and the need for overall adaptation to new conditions. The objectives of this bachelor's thesis are: To determine how long it takes for the ileostomy patient to return to normal life. Whether the ileostomy patient is informed about the care of the ileostomy and, last but not least, whether he or she has experienced any early complications. The data are collected using a quantitative method using an anonymous semi-structured questionnaire. The output of this bachelor's thesis is a brochure for the new ileostomy patient.
