dc.description.abstract	The subject of this thesis is the "Quality of life the patiens with a diagnosis Mobus Crohn". The Crohn disease, also know as Morbus Crohn, belongs to thegroup of unspecific intestine inflammations or inflammatory bowel disease. The causeof the Crohn disease is not as yet know. The incidence of this disease increases, it afects primarily younger patiens. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the terms helth and illness, and presents various views of what should be derstood as the quality of life. The folowing chapter itroduces the reader to Morbus Crohn, it is symptoms,complications,diagnostics, medical treatment and prognosis. Last, but not least, it deals with the importance of nursing and statisfying the patient´s needs. The practical part of the thesis evaluates, in a grafic form, results of questionnaires. The aim of the research was findig out whether or not the Morbus Crohn strongly influenced the style of the patient´s everydays life, if the disease differs according to the patient´s sex, if the occurence of the disease increases in people under stress and what the patiens fear the most during the disease. The thesis concludes by a short reflection on results and importance of the questionaire research.	en
dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je "Kvalita života nemocných s diagnózou Morbus Crohn". Crohnova nemoc nebo též Morbus Crohn se řadí mezi nespecifické střevní záněty,neboli zánětlivá střevní onemocnění trávicí trubice, jejíž příčina není dosud známá. Výskyt tohoto onemocnění se zvyšuje a postihuje především mladší pacienty. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabývá pojmy co je zdraví a nemoc, snaží se přiblížit různé pohledy na kvalitu života. V další kapitole práce seznamuje čtenáře s onemocněním Morbus Crohn, jeho projevy, komplikacemi,diagnostikou, léčbou a prognózou. V neposlední řadě je důležité neopomenout význam ošetřovatelské péče a uspokojení potřeb nemocného. V praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky dotazníků a zaznamenány do grafické podoby. Cílem výzkumné části bylo zjištění, zda-li onemocnění Morbus Crohn výrazně ovlivní dosavadní styl života nemocného, zda-li bude rozdílné vnímání nemoci u žen a u mužů, zda-li se onemocnění bude zvýšeně vyskytovat u jedinců se zvýšenou stresovou zátěží a z čeho má nemocný v průběhu nemoci největší obavy. Na závěr práce je krátké zamýšlení nad výsledky a významem dotazníkového šetření.	cs
