Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s úrazovým poraněním míchy. Cílem práce je popsat potřeby těchto pacientů v jednotlivých fázích hospitalizace, zdůraznit význam komunikace, individuálního přístupu a zapojení rodiny do péče. Výzkumná část vychází z rozhovorů s pacienty po míšním poranění, přičemž jsou analyzovány jejich zkušenosti s ošetřovatelskou péčí, vnímání empatie zdravotnického personálu a informovanosti. Závěry ukazují, že kvalitní komunikace a lidský přístup významně ovlivňují pacientovu adaptaci a spolupráci při léčbě.
The bachelor thesis focuses on the specifics of nursing care for patients with traumatic spinal cord injury. The aim of the thesis is to describe the needs of these patients during different stages of hospitalization and to highlight the importance of communication, an individualized approach, and family involvement in care. The research part is based on interviews with patients after spinal cord injury, analyzing their experiences with nursing care, perceived empathy of healthcare staff, and access to information. The findings indicate that effective communication and a humane approach significantly influence patient adaptation and cooperation in treatment.
