dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na zjišťování postojů, znalostí a praxe zdravotnických pracovníků o prevenci infekcí močových cest spojených se zavedeným permanentním močovým katétrem na odděleních intenzivní péče. Cíle práce spočívají v popisu močového ústrojí a rozdělení infekcí močových cest, dále v popisu zásady aseptického zavedení permanentního močového katétru a zjištění problematických bodů při zavádění permanentního močového katétru. Současně jsme zjišťovali praxe pracovníků na svých odděleních. V teoretické části se zabýváme anatomickou a fyziologickou stavbou močového ústrojí, infekcemi močových cest a zaváděním permanentního močového katétru. Ve výzkumné části práce jsme prováděli kvantitativní výzkum za pomoci polostrukturovaného dotazníku.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor thesis is aimed at investigating the attitudes, knowledge and practice of healthcare workers on the prevention of urinary tract infections associated with indwelling urinary catheters in intensive care units. The aims of the thesis are to describe the urinary tract and the distribution of urinary tract infections, to describe the principle of aseptic insertion of a indwelling urinary catheter and to identify the problematic points during indwelling urinary catheter insertion. At the same time, we surveyed the practices of the staff in their departments. In the theoretical part, we discuss the anatomical and physiological structure of the urinary tract, urinary tract infections and the insertion of the indwelling urinary catheter. In the research part of the thesis, we conducted quantitative research using a semi-structured questionnaire.	en
