Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na zdravotnické záchranáře, pracující v nemocnicíchna odděleních urgentní péče JIP a ARO a na jejich vědomosti o prevenci ventilátorovépneumonie u pacientů na odděleních JIP a ARO. Práce se dělína teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce obsahuje informaceo patofyziologii nozokomiálních pneumonií, informace o VAP a o její prevenci.Ve výzkumné části byly stanoveny výzkumné předpoklady, na které zjistíme odpovědipomocí kvantitativního výzkumu formou dotazníků. Cílem práce je vytvořenímetodického manuálu určeného pro studenty nelékařských zdravotnických oborů.
The bachelor's thesis is focused on paramedics working in hospitals in the ICU andARO emergency care departments and on their knowledge about the preventionof ventilator-associated pneumonia in patients in the ICU and ARO departments.The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of the thesiscontains information on the pathophysiology of nosocomial pneumonia, and informationon VAP and its prevention. In the research part, research assumptions were established,the answers will be obtained using quantitative research in the form of questionnaires.The aim of the work is to create a methodological manual intended for studentsof non-physician medical fields.
