Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku ošetřování pacienta pod vlivem návykových látek na urgentním příjmu. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje nejprve jednotlivým kategoriím návykových látek, včetně vstupu do organismu, účinků na organismus a léčebným intervencím, dále je popsán postup vyšetření u pacientů pod vlivem návykových látek a následně komunikace s agresivním pacientem. Praktická část zahrnuje výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu, který byl prováděn pomocí anonymního dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník byl určen zdravotnickým záchranářům a všeobecným sestrám pracujícím na urgentním příjmu. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem zdravotničtí záchranáři a všeobecné sestry přistupují k pacientům pod vlivem návykové látky na urgentním příjmu, dále jaká je nejčastější návyková látka, s kterou se setkávají, a jak často se s pacienty pod vlivem návykových látek setkávají. Výstupem bakalářské práce je vypracovaná brožura, určená pro zdravotnické záchranáře a všeobecné sestry pracující na urgentním příjmu.
The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of treating a patient under the influence of addictive substances in the emergency department. It is divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part is firstly devoted to individual categories of addictive substances, including entry into the organism, effects on the organism and therapeutic interventions, then the procedure of examination of patients under the influence of addictive substances, and lastly the communication with an aggressive patient is described. The practical part includes the results of quantitative research, which was conducted using an anonymous questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was filled by paramedics and general nurses working in the emergency department. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to find out how paramedics and general nurses perceive working with the patients under the influence of addictive substances in the emergency department, as well as what is the most common substance they encounter and how often they encounter patients under the influence of addictive substances. The output of the bachelor thesis is a developed brochure, intended for paramedics and general nurses who work in the emergency department.
