Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá úlohou zdravotnického záchranáře při předání pacienta na urgentním příjmu. Během předávání pacienta mohou vznikat různé rušivé elementy, které průběh předávání mohu výrazně ztížit. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá problematikou urgentních příjmů, zdravotnické dokumentace a anamnézy. Výzkumná část analyzuje výsledky získané z nestandardizovaných rozhovorů. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jak probíhá předání pacienta na urgentním příjmu, jaké informace o pacientovi se předávají při předání v dokumentaci pacienta písemně a jaké informace o pacientovi sepředávají při předání slovně. Výstupem bakalářské práce je článek připravený k publikaci v odborném periodiku.
The bachelor thesis describes the problematics of the role of the health care provider in handing over the patient in case of emergency. During the patient's transfer, various interfering elements can occur, which can significantly complicate the transfer process. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of emergency admission, medical records and medical history. The research part analyzes the results obtained from non-standardized interviews. The aim of the research was to find out how the patient is transferred to the emergency department, what information about the patient is passed on in his documentation and what information about the patient is passed on orally during the transfer. The output of this bachelor thesis is an article prepared for professional publications.
