Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na tenké vrstvy použitelné pro totální endoprotézy temporomandibulárního kloubu. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem temporomandibulárního kloubu a jeho kloubní náhrady, tvorbou tenkých vrstev a metodami jejich hodnocení. V experimentální části se uvádí zvolený substrát pro nanášení vrstev, výběr tenkých vrstev, jejich depozice a vyhodnocení tenkých vrstev. Byla provedena chemická analýza vzorků, zkouška vyluhovatelnosti a hodnocení jejich tloušťky, morfologie, nanotvrdosti a tribologických vlastností.
This bachelor thesis is focused on thin layers suitable for total temporomandibular joint endoprostheses. The theoretical part deals with the description of the temporomandibular joint and its replacement, formation of thin layers and methods of their evaluation. The experimental part presents the chosen substrate for the application of the layers and their selection, deposition and evaluation. Chemical analysis of the samples was performed together with the leachability test and the evaluation of their thickness, morphology, nanohardness and tribological properties.
