dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vyšetřovacích postupů mamografie u pacientek s prsním implantátem a analýzou znalostí radiologických asistentů, kteří pracují v akreditovaných mamografických pracovištích. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, kde část teoretická se zabývá anatomií, augmentací, mastektomií prsu, druhy implantátu, komplikacemi při augmentaci, mamografií a jejími postupy. V části praktické je prováděn výzkum, jenž je zaměřen na sběr dat pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s radiologickými asistenty z vybraných akreditovaných mamografických pracovišť. Dále jsou zde porovnávány a vyhodnocovány dva možné postupy při mamografickém vyšetření pacientek s prsními implantáty.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of mammography examination procedures in patients with breast implants and the analysis of the knowledge of radiological assistants working in accredited mammography units. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts, where the theoretical part deals with anatomy, augmentation, mastectomy of the breast, types of implant, complications of augmentation, mammography and its procedures. In the practical part, the research is conducted, which is focused on data collection through semi-structured interviews with radiological assistants from selected accredited mammography departments. In addition, two possible mammography procedures for breast implant patients are compared and evaluated.	en
