dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na specifika komunikace s geriatrickým pacientem, která je nutné pro úspěšnou komunikaci znát. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem Ageismus, jeho znaky, projevy a případná prevence proti ageismu. Zaměřuje se také na přiblížení období stáří a období stárnutí. Dále jsou v teoretické části rozepsaná specifika verbální i neverbální komunikace, nejčastější chyby, bariéry v komunikaci a zlatá pravidla v komunikaci. Část práce se věnuje i aktivnímu naslouchání, které je při komunikaci se seniory velmi důležité. Výzkumná část je zpracována kvantitativní metodou pomocí dotazníkového šetření online formou. Dotazník se zaměřoval na problematiku, jak mladí lidé vnímají současnou situaci seniorů, dále na komunikační schopnosti respondentů se seniory a na projevy ageismu jak u respondentů, tak zdravotnického personálu. V dotazníku byly také doplňující otázky, které byly v souvislosti s tématem komunikace se seniory.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor thesis focuses on the specifics of communication with geriatric patients, which is necessary for successful communication. The thesis is divided into theoretical and research part. The theoretical part explains the concept of ageism, its signs, manifestations and possible prevention against ageism. It also focuses on an approach to the period of old age and the aging period. Furthermore, the theoretical part breaks down the specifics of verbal and non-verbal communication, the most common mistakes, communication barriers and golden rules in communication with the elderly. Part of the thesis is also devoted to active listening, which is very important in communication with the elderly. The research part of the paper is processed by quantitative method using online questionnaire survey. The questionnaire focused on the issue of young people's perception of the current situation of the elderly, as well as on the respondents' communication skills with the elderly and on the manifestations of ageism in both the respondents and the medical staff. The questionnaire also included additional questions that were related to the topic of communication with the elderly.	en
