dc.description.abstract	The topic of this bachelor thesis is Nursing care of patiens with tracheostomy. The aim of the thesis is to ascertain the level of nursing care of patiens with tracheotomy in standard care units providing intensive and resuscitation care. The theoretical part consists of four chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the anatomical description of the air passages. The second chapter examines the physiology of breathing and the defence mechanism of the air passages in general. The third chapter drala with the description of different methods of conducting the tracheostomy, the type sof tracheostomy tubes and the preoperative preperation. The fourth and most extensive chapter addresses individua nursing care duties on patiens with tracheostomy. The research part is devoted to the metodology of the research, the characteristics of the research Hample and to the analysis of the acquired data. The discourse contains the evaluation and comments of the defined hypothesi, and the conclusion consists of the komplete summary of the research with the recommendation for praktice. The research was conducted aminy the secondary medical personnel working in all Shift in standard care units and in units providing intensive and resuscitation care in the Liberec Regional Hospital and the Hospital in Jablonec nad Nisou.	en
dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je Ošetřovatelská péče tracheostomovaných pacientů. Práce si klade za cíl zjistit úroveň ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s tracheostomií na standardních ošetřovacích jednotkách a jednotkách intenzivní a resuscitační péče. Teoretická část je členěna do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje anatomickému popisu dýchacích cest. Druhá kapitola obecně rozebírá fyziologii dýchání a obranné reflexy dýchacích cest. Třetí kapitola se zabývá popisem jednotlivých metod provedení tracheostomií, druhy tracheostomických kanyl a předoperačním přípravou pacienta. Čtvrtá, nejobsáhlejší kapitola se věnuje jednotlivým ošetřovatelským výkonům u pacienta s tracheostomií. Výzkumná část se věnuje metodice výzkumu, charakteristice výzkumného vzorku a analýze získaných dat. V diskuzi jsou zhodnoceny a komentovány stanovené hypotézy a v závěru je uvedeno celkové shrnutí výzkumu s doporučením pro praxi. Výzkum byl prováděn u středního zdravotnického personálu pracujícího ve všech směnách na standardních ošetřovacích jednotkách a jednotkách poskytující intenzivní a resuscitační péči v Krajské nemocnici Liberec a nemocnici v Jablonci nad Nisou.	cs
