dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá režimovými opatřeními v průběhu radioterapie a jejich dodržováním pacienty. Cílem práce je zjistit, do jaké míry pacienti respektují doporučená opatření, a zhodnotit, jaký vliv má jejich dodržování na výskyt nežádoucích účinků léčby. Praktická část je založena na dotazníkovém šetření, jehož výsledky poskytují přehled o informovanosti pacientů, jejich přístupu k doporučením a subjektivním hodnocení vedlejších účinků radioterapie. Výsledky mohou sloužit jako podklad pro zlepšení edukace pacientů a optimalizaci podpůrné péče v onkologické léčbě.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis deals with regimen measures during radiotherapy and their compliance by patients. The aim of the thesis is to find out to what extent patients comply with the recommended measures and to evaluate the influence of their compliance on the incidence of adverse effects of treatment. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey, the results of which provide an overview of patients' awareness, their attitude to the recommendations and their subjective assessment of the side effects of radiotherapy. The results can serve as a basis for improving patient education and optimizing supportive care in cancer treatment.	en
