dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze doporučených postupů z pohledu radiologického asistenta. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmů trauma, polytrauma, traumaplán, jedná se o popis těchto pojmů a charakteristik zobrazovacích metod, využívaných při diagnostice polytraumatu. Praktická část se věnuje analýze postupů při polytraumatu z hlediska radiologických asistentů a jejich role v aplikaci traumaplánu a analýze kritických oblastí v rámci aktivace traumaplánu. Byly stanoveny výzkumné otázky o role radiologického asistenta při aplikacii traumaplánu a existenci kritických oblastí v rámci aktivace traumaplánu, na které jsem dostal odpovědi v rámci polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s radiologickými asistenty. Po analýze odpovědí respondentů byla vytvořena doporučení pro praxi.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the analysis of recommended procedures from the point of view of a radiology assistant. The work consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the terms trauma, polytrauma, trauma plan, it is a description of these terms and the characteristics of the imaging methods used in the diagnosis of polytrauma. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of polytrauma procedures from the point of view of radiological assistants and their role in the application of the trauma plan and the analysis of critical areas within the activation of the trauma plan. Research questions were set about the role of the radiology assistant in the application of the trauma plan and the existence of critical areas within the activation of the trauma plan, to which I received answers in a semi-structured interview with the radiology assistants. After analyzing the respondents' answers, recommendations for practice were created.	en
