Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou pacientů, kterým byla indikována paliativní radioterapie na mozkové metastázy. Práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části je vysvětlena problematika o anatomii mozku, mozkových metastázách, paliativní radioterapii a o jejich nežádoucích účincích. Výzkumná část se zabývala popisem pacientů s metastázami na mozku, vlastní radioterapií a také celkovým stavem pacientů v průběhu ozařování. Metoda získávání informací závisela na poskytnuté zdravotnické dokumentace z Krajské nemocnice v Liberci. Jednotlivé analýzy byly přehledně zpracovány do tabulek a grafů. Výsledná data ve výzkumu byla srovnatelná se zmíněnou literaturou v teoretické části.
The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of patients who were indicated palliative radiotherapy for brain metastases. The thesis is divided into theoretical and research parts. The theoretical part explains the issues about brain anatomy, brain metastases, palliative radiotherapy and its side effects. The research part dealt with the description of patients with brain metastases, the actual radiotherapy and also the general condition of the patients during radiation treatment. The method of obtaining information depended on the medical records provided by the Regional Hospital in Liberec. The individual analyses were clearly presented in tables and graphs. The resulting data in the research were comparable with the literature mentioned in the theoretical part.
