Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Edukace pacienta před vyšitím arteriovenózního shuntu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část práce shrnuje dosavadní poznatky o tomto tématu. Popisuje cévní přístupy pro hemodialýzu, jeho typy a rizika vzniku komplikací. Zabývá se, ošetřovatelskou péčí, vhodnou prevencí a významem self-monitorace. Dále se zabývá edukací, která je důležitou a neodmyslitelnou součástí léčby hemodialyzovaných pacientů. Shrnuje vhodné edukační cíle, formy, metody, možné edukační bariéry. Připomíná edukační proces, prostřednictvím kterého je edukace pacientů prováděna.
This bachelor thesis deals with topic of Patient education before creating arteriovenous shunt. The work is devided into two parts. The theoretical part summarizes current knowledge on this topic. Describes vascular access for hemodialysis, types, risks and complications. It deals with nursing care, appropriate prevention and importance of self-monitoring. The next part of this bachelor thesis deals with education, which is important and inseparable part of the treatment of hemodialysis patients. It summarizes appropriate educational objectives, forms, methods and potential educational barriers. It takes into the account the educational process, through which is the education of patients carried out.
