dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením vlivu kojení na průběh, účinnost a toxicitu radioterapie u pacientek s karcinomem prsu. Teoretická část práce shrnuje základní poznatky o anatomii a fyziologii mléčné žlázy, patogenezi karcinomu prsu, principech radioterapie a vlivu kojení na prsní tkáň. Praktická část se opírá o analýzu klinických údajů a subjektivních výpovědí 25 pacientek, rozdělených do dvou skupin podle anamnézy kojení. Výsledky ukázaly, že mezi skupinou žen, které před léčbou kojily, a těmi, které nekojily, nebyly zaznamenány zásadní rozdíly v průběhu léčby, její účinnosti ani výskytu nežádoucích účinků. Na základě provedeného výzkumu nebyl potvrzen statisticky ani klinicky významný vliv anamnézy kojení na snášenlivost radioterapie.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor's thesis focuses on evaluating the impact of breastfeeding on the course, effectiveness, and toxicity of radiotherapy in patients with breast cancer. The theoretical part summarizes essential knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the mammary gland, the pathogenesis of breast cancer, the principles of radiotherapy, and the possible influence of breastfeeding on breast tissue. The practical part is based on the analysis of clinical data and subjective reports from 25 patients, divided into two groups according to their breastfeeding history. The results showed no significant differences in the course of treatment, its effectiveness, or the occurrence of adverse effects between women who had breastfed and those who had not. Based on the conducted research, no statistically or clinically significant effect of breastfeeding history on radiotherapy tolerance was confirmed.	en
