dc.description.abstractThis thesis deals with the analysis using a conformal cooling to remove heat from the injection mould with the circulating cooling medium in tempering channels. Conformal cooling is compared with the conventional cooling where cooling medium circulates in the drilled channels. The evaluation is proceed with respect to distribution fields of temperature on the surface of product and change in the degree of crystallinity. The results of experimental measurements were compared with results of numerical simulation in Cadmound software.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá analýzou konformního chlazení využívajícího k odvodu tepla ze vstřikovací formy cirkulující temperační medium v temperačních kanálech. Konformní chlazení je porovnáváno s konvenční temperací, kde temperační medium cirkuluje ve vrtaných kanálech. Hodnocení je provedeno s ohledem na rozložení teplotních polí na povrchu výstřiku a změny krystalického podílu. Výsledky experimentálního měření byly porovnány s výsledky numerické simulace v programu Cadmould.cs
