Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukcí vstřikovací formy pro zadaný plastový díl. V první části se věnuje rešerši v oblasti konstrukce vstřikovací formy a také vstřikování obecně, tedy technologii vstřikování, vstřikovacímu stroji, vstřikovaným materiálům a vstřikovacím formám. Praktická část obsahuje návrh konstrukce vstřikovací formy a návrhy jednotlivých částí, tedy vtokové soustavy, temperačního systému, systému vyhazování, tvarových desek a ostatních částí vstřikovací formy.
This thesis is about design of injection mould conception for injection part. The first part deals with research in the area of injection mould conception and the injection generally, so for the technology of injection, the injection machine, the materials for injection and the injection moulds. The practical part deals with design of injection mould and designs particulars components, so runner system, temperature regulation, ejection system, mould cavity and core and the others components of injection moulds.
