Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnání konvenčního a diagnostického protokolu pro diagnostiku roztroušené sklerózy. Statisticky bylo zpracováno cca 200 provedených vyšetření magnetickou rezonancí. Kritériem výběru byla indikace MR mozku u pacientů s neurologickými obtížemi s nálezem v MR obrazu. Data byla získána z nemocničního informačního systému Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze. Výsledkem práce je zjištění, že konvenční vyšetřovací protokol vykazuje menší specificitu než protokol diagnostický.
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the conventional and diagnostic protocol for the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. Approximately 200 magnetic resonance imaging examinations were statistically processed. The selection criterion was the indication of brain MRI in patients with neurological difficulties with findings in the MR image. Data were obtained from the hospital information system of the Všeobecná fakultní nemocnice v Praze. As a result of the work, it was found that the conventional examination protocol shows less specificity than the diagnostic protocol.
