Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem lisovací stanice vybavené elektrickým lisem se servopohonem zn. Janome JP typ 3005. Stanice slouží k lisování jednoho typu výrobku pomocí lisovacího přípravku. Úvodem je provedena rešerše lisovacích strojů a zařízení a technologických operací na nich prováděných. V další části je proveden vlastní návrh stanice, který obsahuje pevnostní výpočet rámu, simulaci zatížení beranu a výpočet zatížení lineárního vedení. Součástí práce je také návrh pneumatického obvodu a bezpečnostních prvků.
The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a pressing station equipped with an electric press with a servo drive Janome JP 3005. The station is used for pressing one type of product through a pressing jig. The research about pressing machines and operations performed with them is done at the beginning of the thesis. In the next part the station itself is being designed, it includes the strength calculation of the frame, the simulation of the ram load and the calculation of the load of the linear guide. The work also includes the design of a pneumatic circuit and safety elements.
