dc.description.abstractThe content and purpose of this thesis was to test TPE materials from company KRAIBURG TPE with different types of foaming agents to find the best technological conditions, such as injection temperature and speed, screw speed, hold pressure, backpressure, mould temperature and dosage of foaming agents to achieve the highest possible effective savings with regard to mechanical and economical benefits. Evaluated were also different parameters of mould and injection moulding machines at the TUL in Liberec and KRAIBURG TPE. All tests have been done on the injection moulding machine ENGEL Victory 80/25 at TUL and some tests on the injection moulding machine DEMAG EXTRA at KRAIBURG TPE. Laboratory measurements have been done completely evaluated in KTPE.en
dc.description.abstractObsahem a cílem této diplomové práce byly testování TPE materiálů od firmy KRAIBURG TPE s nadouvadly k nalezení vhodných technologických podmínek, jako jsou vstřikovací teploty, rychlost vstřikování, otáčky šneku, zpětný odpor šneku, dotlak, teplota formy a dávkování nadouvadla k dosažení nejvyšší možné efektivní úspory s ohledem na mechanicko-ekonomický přínos. Posuzovány byly taktéž odlišné parametry forem a vstřikovacích strojů na Technické univerzitě v Liberci a ve společnosti KRAIBURG TPE. Testování byla provedena na vstřikovacím stroji ENGEL Victory 80/25 na TUL a část testů na vstřikovacím stroji DEMAG extra ve výrobním závodě společnosti KRAIBURG TPE. Laboratorní měření byla kompletně změřena a vyhodnocena v KRAIBURG TPE.cs
