Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá základní studií biopolymerních směsí kyseliny poly-L-mléčné (PLLA) a polyhydroxybutyrát-valerátu (PHBV). Pro tvorbu směsí byly vybrány PHBV typu PHI002 a dva typy PLLA pod obchodním označením Luminy L130 se semikrystalickou strukturou a Luminy LX175 s amorfní strukturou. Biopolymerní směsi byly vyrobeny v hmotnostních poměrech PLLA/PHBV (75/25) a (50/50).
This bachelor thesis deals with the basic study of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) and polyhydroxybutyrate-valerate (PHBV) biopolymer blends. PHBV type PHI002 and two types of PLLA under the trade name Luminy L130 with semi-crystalline structure and Luminy LX175 with amorphous structure were selected for the blends. The biopolymer blends were produced in PLLA/PHBV weight ratios of (75/25) and (50/50). The blends were used to fabricate test bodies and also films to increase the application potential. The test specimens were subjected to tensile, flexural, and impact mechanical property measurements as well as Vicat thermal resistance measurements. The measurements show that there is a decrease in strength as a function of the proportion of PHBV added, while the other properties measured, such as stiffness and temperature resistance, show an increase, which was observed but only from 50% PHBV concentration in the mixture. The limited miscibility of the PLLA and PHBV types used is evident from the measurement results.
