Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci procesů a modernizaci pracoviště v zámečnické dílně. Využívá různé metody průmyslového inženýrství k analýze současného stavu výroby a okrajově zkoumá metody plánování a řízení procesů. Na základě těchto analýz jsou navrženy inovace s cílem optimalizovat výrobní procesy, zlepšit efektivitu práce a ergonomii během ní. V závěru práce je prezentován návrh implementace těchto inovací, který má potenciál výrazně zlepšit celkové fungování zámečnické dílny.
This thesis focuses on process optimization and workplace modernization in a locksmith shop. It uses various industrial engineering methods to analyse the current state of production and marginally explores methods of process planning and control. Based on this analysis, innovations are proposed to optimize production processes, improve work efficiency and ergonomics during work. The thesis concludes with a proposal for the implementation of these innovations, which has the potential to significantly improve the overall functioning of the locksmith shop.
