Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním vlivu termického stárnutí na mechanické vlastnosti polyuretanového lepidla. V experimentální části byly na lepené spoje použity různé varianty průběhu termického stárnutí a vlastnosti lepených spojů byly zkoumány pomocí základních zkoušek používaných ve firmě Magna Exteriors (Bohemia) s.r.o. Použité zkoušky byly zkouška smykem lepeného spoje a tzv Quick Knife test dle metodiky firmy Magna Exteriors (Bohemia) s.r.o. Na lepených spojích byly sledovány změny mechanických vlastností za různých podmínek tepelného stárnutí.
The diploma thesis deals with the study of the influence of thermal aging on the mechanical properties of polyurethane adhesive. In the experimental part, various variants of the course of thermal aging were applied to the adhesive joints and the properties of the adhesive joints were investigated using basic tests used in the company Magna Exteriors (Bohemia) s.r.o. The tests used were a lap shear test and the so-called Quick Knife test according to the methodology of Magna Exteriors (Bohemia) s.r.o. Changes in mechanical properties under different thermal aging conditions were observed on adhesive joints.
