dc.description.abstractThis monograph deals with selected dynamic issues of sewing machines predominantly from the inertial forces and moment suppression and vibrations reduction point of view. A significant attention is paid to a rotational balancing, which is a sole method applied for the machine resultant inertial force and moment reduction frequently. A flexible sewing machine mounting and an application of tuned dynamic vibration absorbers is another assessed method of the overall vibrations suppression. Additionally, possible mechanisms balancing methods that have not been published summarily in literature are discussed. Selected procedures and results of applications carried out in VÚTS are demonstrated in examples.en
