dc.description.abstractThe aim of the thesis was to recommend a method that controls the quality of a process of grinding of the camshaft in the engine of a Skoda fabia 1, 2 HTP automobile. A summary of the methods of measuring the residual stress was worked out. The Barkhausen noise method was heighlighted. The measurements using Barkhausens noise method and a roentgen diffraction analysis method were carried out. Following these measurements the results were compared and a procedure most suitable for the control of a quality process of grinding was suggested.en
dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce bylo doporučení postupu pro kontrolu kvality procesu broušení vačkové hřídele motoru automobilu Škoda Fabia 1,2 HTP. Byl zpracován přehled metod měření zbytkových napětí. Důraz byl kladen na metodu Barkhausenova šumu. Byla provedena měření metodou Barkhausenova šumu a metodou rentgenové difrakční analýzy. Po těchto měřeních byly porovnány výsledky a navržen postup vhodný pro kontrolu kvality procesu broušení.cs
